How do I find you?
We are based in Seaham Harbour Activity Centre in Seaham, County Durham. Our post code is SR7 7EE
There are good transport links both via car and public transport to Seaham, with the town having its own rail station with a regular service.
If traveling by car then we are about a 5 minute drive form the A19, around a 25 minute drive from Durham & around a 30 minute drive from Newcastle.

Do you have parking on site?
Yes! There is free parking on site whilst you are participating in activities with us.
What do I need to bring with me?
Generally you will only need a few items such as, swim wear, shoes you can get wet & a towel.
We provide all of the essential safety equipment and specialist equipment for the activity.
At the time of booking you will be sent a document detailing what to bring with you. You can also find a copy below:
We do also ask that, if you can, print off and complete our consent form prior to your arrival then please do so. This speeds up the process when you arrive and we can get out on the water that bit faster. If you cannot do so then don’t worry as we have forms here that you can complete upon arrival.

Im booked in for a session, when should I arrive?
You should aim to arrive around 10 mins before the activity is due to start. You will also receive a confirmation email after completing your booking detailing any arrival information.
Are there age restrictions?
Generally our activities are for ages 8 and up. We can accept children as young as 6 years old but they do have to go on the water with a responsible adult in a double craft. If you have further questions about this then please get in contact with us.
There is no upper age limit to our activities providing you are generally fit and well and able to participate in light exercise.
Are you open all year round?
Yes, we do change our opening hours in the winter months but we can still get out out on the water!
Do you have changing facilities?
Yes, we have indoor changing facilities on site.
Please note, currently due to government guidelines surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic our changing facilities are closed to the public. We advise customers arrive with their swim wear already on and bring a large towel to change in the car park after the activity is completed.
During the pandemic we will constantly be reviewing the government guidance and will open our changing facilities at the earliest opportunity.
I have an activity booked in Durham, where do we meet?
For any activities taking place in Durham City we will send you all the information that you need on the meeting point via email after the booking has been made.
How do I book with a Gift Voucher?
You can book with a gift voucher online, over the phone or in person. The important information that you will need is the voucher code.
