Our Yoga and SUP session led in collaboration with Hotpod Yoga Sunderland and ourselves, Adventure Access
We’ll start with a 45 minute yoga flow class, where we will work on building strength, flexibility, and balance. This part of the activity will be led by a qualified and experienced yoga teacher from Hotpod yoga Sunderland. The yoga class is suitable for all levels.
Following on from this there will be a chance to change and get ready for a short SUP activity session led by Adventure access staff. The aim of the session is for an accessible, laid back & fun activity for people to try out SUP and maybe have a go at a few yoga moves on the water.
