LADIES NIGHT
Our Ladies Night are back!!
The aim of these sessions is for an accessible laid back fun evening to let your hair down. This session is open to anyone willing to give it a go, especially for those of you that wouldn’t think that you could. Paddle sports are a fun, low impact exercise, you do not require a good level of fitness or skill, you just need to be willing to give it a shot.
Choose from a Stand up Paddle Board or Kayak… you could even take the Giant Paddleboard out with four of you for an evening full of fun and adventure!!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME?
- Swimwear to wear underneath the wetsuit we will provide
- Closed-toe footwear that you don’t mind getting wet (e.g. old trainers or wetsuit boots)
- A towel and a change of clothes for after the session
We will provide all of the necessary paddling and safety equipment.
WHAT DO YOU PROVIDE?
- A qualified instructor
- Paddleboards/kayaks/canoes and paddles
- Wetsuits and all of the required safety equipment
DO YOU HAVE CHANGING FACILITIES?
Yes, we have indoor changing facilities with hot showers and toilets on site. Please note, that our changing rooms are small and can fill up quickly during busy sessions. We advise customers to arrive with their swimwear on under their clothing ready to put on a wetsuit. We also suggest you bring a large towel to change in the car park after the activity if required.
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
You should aim to arrive around 10 – 15 mins before the activity is due to start. You will receive a confirmation email after completing your booking detailing any specific arrival information.
