Terms & Conditions

Customers who wish to book any activities in advance with Adventure Access CIC are required to make payment in full at the time of booking. 

The exceptions for this are Large Private Groups (i.e. Schools or Stag/Hen Parties). In this case at least a 50% deposits of the total cost of the activity will be payable at the time of booking. Any remaining balance will be requested 14 days prior to the activity taking place   

Adventure Access CIC reserve the right to cancel or modify activities at any time due to safety concerns, including adverse weather.  Adverse weather conditions that would effect the safety of the session include, but are not limited to; high winds, large swell and thunder storms. We would not cancel a session for wet weather. Even with adverse weather we have several options for areas of operation to ensure that a session can be safely conducted.

If Adventure Access CIC cancel the session within 24 hours prior to the date & time of the activity the customer can move the booking to another date or claim a refund in full.

If Adventure Access CIC cancel the activity within 48 hours prior to the session customers are able to to re-book on a new date.

In all cases no compensation will be payable for any other expenses or losses customers incur in relation to the cancellation of any activity.

If an activity is canceled by any member of Adventure Access staff due to inappropriate or poor customer behaviour then the customer will not receive a refund & not given the opportunity to re-book.

If you, as a customer wish to cancel your booking, 2 weeks of notice is required for a full refund to be issued. 

You may request your booking be moved to a different date or time up to 72 hours before the activity is due to take place.

If less than 2 weeks notice is given of cancellation or a less than 72 hour for a request to change the date and time of activities is given then its is at the discretion of the management at Adventure Access CIC if refunds can be given or changes made.

Adaptations to our term and conditions due to COVID-19

We have made some adaptations to our cancelation policy due to the on going and ever chaining COVID-19 pandemic. These changes are detailed below and relate only to issues arising from COVID-19. For all other cancellations or amendments to bookings, i.e. unsafe weather conditions, our standard cancellation policy remains in place.   

If you become symptomatic or have a need to self isolate due to advise issued by the NHS then the our cancelation policy is as follow; 

If you, as a customer wish to cancel you’re booking due to being in a period of self isolation or presenting symptoms then 72 hours of notice is required for a full refund to be issued. 

If it is closer to your booking than 72 hours you may request your booking be moved to a different date up to 6 hours prior to the start time of the activity.

If Adventure Access have a need to rearrange any activity due to advise issued by the local government, national government or the NHS we will contact customers at the earliest opportunity and discuss arrangements at that time.
